Intangles Introduces AI Based Ambient Cognitive Technology for EVs

Date:

Intangles Lab Pvt. Ltd. a Digital Twin solutions provider has launched its Ambient Cognitive AI Technology specifically designed for electric vehicles (EVs). This suite of cutting-edge algorithms is aimed at tackling one of the most significant challenges in EV adoption – range anxiety.

A recent study published by SAE International revealed that EV’s tend to deliver an average of 12.5% lower than their advertised range, and only 17% of the tested EVs exceeded their estimated range. This discrepancy is largely due to incongruent State-of-Charge measurings and unaccurate Distance-To-Empty readings which triggers unexpected charging sessions causing stalls in efficiency.

Intangles Lab intends to remedy this concern by creating AI models with an accuracy of 94-96% which can adjust relevantly in dynamic driving environments. Compensating for degrading batteries and factors such as motoring torque, vehicle speed, ambient temperature, sunrise/sunset, their technology is designed to be suitable to any EV platform. This will be helpful for companies involved in e-commerce, last-mile logistics, long-distance freight and passenger transport, as the app accurately predicts range thus allowing for better planning of routes and charging infrastructure.

Aman Singh, the Co-founder and Head of Analytics at Intangles said, “Our technology is designed to reduce the range anxiety concern among fleet operators and accelerate EV adoption.” Founder and CEO Anup Patil follows suit, emphasizing the need to provide “a reliable and comprehensive solution which can optimize range estimation for EVs, reduce charging downtime, and improve overall energy efficiency.”

Intangles specializes in end-to-end digital transformation leveraging the power of IoT, Artificial Intelligence and Big Data for a variety of industries worldwide. As a leading tech firm in its segment, Intangles practices its commitment to provide long-term solutions that deliver maximum value to customers and stakeholders.
