IndiGo Airlines has joined forces with Microsoft to create and introduce an innovative AI chatbot named 6Eskai. This virtual assistant will employ the advanced GPT-4 technology and aims to address customer queries in ten different languages. Boasting an impressive 1.7 trillion parameters, the AI chatbot possesses the ability to effortlessly respond to a wide range of frequently asked questions. IndiGo Airlines’ team of data scientists has meticulously researched generative pretrained transformers (GPT) and employed extensive prompt engineering to program the bot, allowing it to mimic human behavior, react to emotions, and even inject humor into interactions. 6Eskai offers an extensive array of features, including ticket booking, applying promotional discounts, booking add-ons, facilitating web check-ins, assisting with seat selection, trip planning, answering FAQs, and connecting customers with support agents.
