IESA to Launch Women in Energy Initiative

The India Energy Storage Alliance (IESA) will soon introduce Women in Energy, an initiative to advance the participation of women in the energy sector. This move is in line with the G20’s annual prioritize of shifting from women’s development to women-led development. The IESA believes that in order to drive the transition to a safe, sustainable, and renewable energy future, making women a part of the conversation is critical.

KFin Technologies, a financial services platform, hopes to speed up digital transformation by acquiring WebileApps (India) Pvt Ltd. It will be a 11 crore investment, integrating KFintechs’ deep domain knowledge along with WebileApps’ technical expertise. Offering clients more opportunities to unlock new revenue streams, the acquisition would let them develop Saas and PaaS models, incorporate artificial intelligence in their platforms, and adapt to designs which would be more efficient and fruitful than before.

The accomplishments of Adani Green Energy Ltd (AGEL) have found them a place in the prestigious Grow Care India Environment Management Award 2022. The company received a Platinum Award, standing out among its competition to highlight its striking approach and brilliant use of managerial insights to protect their environment from deteriorating.

PTC India has added one more feather to their success cap by adding Prakash S. Mhaske as their new Independent director. His post was approved by the majority of the shareholders, with Indian companies now focusing so intently on optimising their responsibility, the move is sure to yield impressive results.

PowerGrid Corporation of India has also been busy, commissioning two new projects. One of the projects was a 400/220 kV substation in Delhi while the other was the Northern Region System Strengthening Scheme. The team at PowerGrid is looking to keep the momentum up and keep their environment safe and secure.
