Gong Unveils Customizable AI Models to Streamline Sales Workflows

Gong, a revenue intelligence platform, has launched a suite of customisable AI models for sales teams. The company claims the models, which can categorise deal-specific information, such as customer objections, will integrate seamlessly into a unified view of sales-team activity. The Bengaluru-based start-up also unveiled an Engage tool, which analyses sales calls, emails and other interactions to supply users with personalised content templates and account highlights. The product also suggests proactive tasks by detecting future actions. Gong claims that more than 80% of occurrences are discovered with 80% fewer errors.
