Speaking at a special lecture titled Superpower Rivalry and Rising Tensions in the Asia Pacific at the University of California in San Francisco, he called on technology companies, particularly those that have thrived in Silicon Valley, to take on the responsibility of becoming custodians of modern communication.

During the public lecture attended by approximately 250 students, Anwar emphasized the importance of forging stronger partnerships and capitalizing on innovations to safeguard societies and lives.
