Over half of those surveyed said they were either using or experimenting with generative AI, with the most popular use being basic content creation. The majority of those surveyed said generative AI allowed them to focus on more strategic projects and increased productivity. Respondents also expressed concerns about generative AI’s accuracy and quality, indicating that they felt underprepared to leverage such tools. To maximise the benefits of generative AI, marketers called for better human oversight, use of “trusted customer data” and adequate training.
