Generate Synthetic Datasets Easily with Parallel Domain’s API for Generative AI

San Francisco-based startup Parallel Domain has launched an API aimed at putting the ability to create synthetic datasets into the hands of its customers. The Data Lab API uses generative artificial intelligence (AI) to enable machine learning (ML) engineers to style and layer random scenarios as objects, utilising 3D simulation to create domestic and non-domestic situations. By downloading the API from GitHub and writing Python code, ML engineers can generate datasets to train autonomous systems more easily. Previously, such tasks could take Parallel Domain weeks or months, but the self-serve API enables customers to create datasets in near real time.
