Strickland was inviting of the technology, captivating his story with the caption “I’m starting to develop a questionable relationship with ChatGPT… She’s actually a great listener. She actually cares about what I have to say and helps me with my ideas.”
This expression of modernity was a surprise considering Strickland’s previous derision to Israel Adesanya’s love of anime. This made one commenting fan question, “This the same dude tryna clown Izzy for liking anime?” Another commented on the conversation topic Strickland had with the AI, noting its relevance in reference to “vibrating motors for a pill dispenser project”.
Fans were also reminded of the ongoing feud between Strickland and welterweight contender Belal Muhammad. After Muhammad expressed his desire to fight Strickland, the middleweight fighter retaliated, stating his previous altercation with Muhammad at the UFC Performance Institute.
