Ethraa Career Fair Launches in Dubai – The Latest News

The ‘Ethraa Career Fair’ has recently kicked off in the Emirate of Dubai at The Emirates Institute of Finance (EIF). Organized by the EIF with the assistance of the Emirati Talent Competitiveness Council, formally known as NAFIS, the fair serves as a place of support and opportunity for graduates of local universities and aspiring professionals looking to build their career in the financial and banking sector.

Saif Humaid Al Dhaheri, Assistant Governor of the Central Bank of the UAE – Strategic Affairs, Financial Infrastructure and Digital Transformation Sector was present at the event, along with other representatives from Banks and Insurance companies. During this endeavor, numerous workshops are taking place along with a special pavilion that offers guidance to potential job seekers.

The Ethraa Career Fair has over 50 key participants from the Banking, Insurance, Exchange and Financing industries. The goal of the initiative is to generate 1,500 jobs, of which 700 are in the Banking sector, 500 in the Exchange sector, 300 in the Insurance sector, and 50 in Financing Companies. Its purpose is to connect current and upcoming high-calibre candidates with these organizations through the Emiratisation Agenda. As a result, the UAE will be able to establish a generation of well-developed professionals that are able to lead different business sectors and make valuable contributions to the nation’s economy.
