With this advancement, Equinix aims to empower businesses to manage larger workloads like data-intensive AI training models or scalable enterprise networks by provisioning virtual connections to leading cloud platforms seamlessly and instantly. Google Cloud is the first partner to leverage this new capability. Equinix Fabric enables access to thousands of service providers, network, communication, security, and other cloud providers – all from a single location or multiple locations globally. The new capability will allow customers to build more scalable backbone networks to connect customer deployments. Customers can expect to access this new capability starting Q3 2023.
