Dubai Police Welcome Singapore Consul-General – Latest News Update

The Dubai Police has been recently visited by Syed Muhammad Raziff Aljunie, the Consul-General of the Republic of Singapore in Dubai. The meeting was hosted by the Commander-in-Chief of Dubai Police, Lieutenant General Abdullah Khalifa Al Marri, and was attended by several high-level Dubai Police officers. The visit was made with the purpose of developing and deepening cooperation between the two countries in a variety of different areas.

During the visit, the Dubai Police representatives showed the Singapore Consul-General Ghiath Smart Patrol, one of the world’s most advanced security vehicles outfitted with AI, latest technological systems, and 360-degree deployable cameras. Additionally, the delegation was briefed on the advanced services that provide safety and security to citizens in terms of both security and traffic.

The Singaporean Consul-General gave due praise to the high levels of safety and security experienced in the UAE and expressed their gratitude to the Dubai Police for the hard their work to better the cooperation between the two countries. Also, the Consul-General thanked the police for the on-going endeavours to increase communication within diplomatic agencies.

The Republic of Singapore is a vibrant and industrialized country and a major player on the international scene. By being a financial hub for Southeast Asia and an important diplomatic partner for many countries, Singapore plays an instrumental role in managing economic, social, and political relations in the region. His mandate as the Consul-General mainly consist of managing the diplomatic exchange between Dubai and the Republic of Singapore, promoting trade and business activities, and expanding the bilateral relations between the two countries.
