CleverTap Introduces Scribe – AI-Powered Content Creation Assistant for Everyone

US-based customer retention platform CleverTap announced on Monday the launch of its OpenAI-integrated AI-driven content helper ‘Scribe’. To roll out in April, this AI feature allows marketers to craft campaign creatives while automatically determining the tone of the messages. It also enables marketers to leverage user engagement data with emotion analysis to craft extremely personalised content.

Jacob Joseph, Vice President Data Science of CleverTap, stated that having just two seconds to capture the attention of digital users, AI plays an important role in tapping into the right emotion for successful engagement. This greatly helps marketers in bringing back the ‘tech’ in their MarTech strategy. By using Scribe, marketers can study the emotion of the messages and suggest alternative content for greater appeal of the users.

CleverTap, founded in 2013, provides mobile app marketing automation solutions for enterprises to enable personalised user experiences. With this AI backed feature,CleverTap is aiming to improve customer retention, engagement, and conversions of their enterprise customers. This feature, when released will be accessible to CleverTap Enterprise customers on an invite-basis.
