Today, CleverTap announced the integration of OpenAI and the launch of its AI-generated content creator, Scribe. It is revolutionary in the way it can quickly generate campaign creatives and rewrite content keeping in mind a specific emotion that resonates with a brand’s users. It allows growth marketers to auto-generate emotionally charged copy and accelerate content development using just a few keywords, for example. The technology also allows the users to anticipate and customize the tone of the messages being sent out.
In addition, Scribe is built to recognize five primary emotions in MarTech: Fear of Missing Out (FOMO), Anticipation, Trust, Joy, and Surprise. These emotional parameters play a key role in the way users interact with content, which is why it is necessary to use this technology to personalize content and create engaging experiences.
To illustrate, marketers can send out the same message with different emotions to reach different audiences. For example, “you have won 50% off on shoes” will have a different emotion score than “50% off on shoes! Offer ends tonight!”.
