CEO Investing Over $2,000 Monthly in ChatGPT Plus Accounts for Employees, Saving ‘Hours’ of Time

Date:

Akash Nigam, Founder of the $1 Billion Avatar startup Genies, is willing to invest a good amount of capital for the improvement of the productivity of his 120 employees. He recently purchased $2,400 worth of ChatGPT Plus accounts for all of his employees as a part of an experiment to better enhance their workflows.

The AI chatbot is able to perform a plethora of tasks to save employees from mundane and troublesome assignments. This includes coding, debugging, writing legal documents, and creating technical roadmaps. All of these tedious duties usually take hours and hours of individual effort, but ChatGPT can easily do it in a fraction of the time.

Not only is Nigam expecting to improve the productivity of his staff, but he also anticipates that the ChatGPT integration will save money in the long run by eliminating the need to hire extra full-time employees.

In order to ensure everyone is utilizing this software optimally, he has been holding informal training sessions and workshops to teach employees the necessary skills needed to use the AI with maximum efficiency. And if they don’t, he plans on including ChatGPT usage in their performance reviews next year, with the employees that are using the software effectively receiving a promotion and pay rise.

Genies certainly isn’t the only ones taking advantage of ChatGPT’s time and cost-saving advantages. Amazon’s employees are using it to develop code, answer customer questions, and create training documents. The CEO of Pure Fusion Media, David Litwin, even mentioned that this AI chatbot saved him over 30 hours of work in one week. Microsoft is allowing its employees to use ChatGPT too, however with a few restrictions to avoid any confidential information from being revealed.
