Casey Neistat’s Worst Video: ChatGPT 4 Script Letters His Vlog

Date:

AI has had a long timeline and its advancements have been seen the past few years. Recently, the success of ChatGPT, a chatbot released by OpenAI, captured the attention of the public and people began using it for various tasks like composing music, writing poems, essay writing, and even garnering new ideas for videos. Following the success of the free version, the company also released its premium version, ChatGPT Plus, with additional features. Not to forget, GPT-4 was another chatbot introduced by OpenAI which was even better than its predecessor.

YouTuber Casey Neistat’s 12 million subscribers have seen him trying to test the ability of the AI chatbot, GPT-4, by asking it to generate video scripts for his vlog. The video showed him taking the instructions given by ChatGPT to explore Manhattan where he mouthed the dialogues written by GPT-4 and explored the city. Sadly, the video led to a robotic and basic performance by Neistat and he soon termed it as the worst video of his career.

AI poses many threats, including the risk of generating misinformation with the help of these chatbots. However, tech experts still haven’t been able to figure out how to make bots converse with humans as naturally as a human would. That said, tools such as Bing, Bard, DALL.E, and Midjourney are yet other AI-agnostic chatbots that are being experimented with by tech giants.
