Bitdefender, a global leader in cybersecurity, recently announced that the Bitdefender Partner Advantage Network earned a prestigious 5-star rating in The Channel Company’s 2023 Partner Program Guide. This marks the 8th consecutive year that Bitdefender has gained the distinction for top IT channel programs. The 5-star rating is awarded to companies that go above and beyond to create strong and profitable partnerships.
In order to be eligible for the 5-star rating, each vendor was evaluated based on criteria such as partner training and education, pre and post-sales support, marketing programs, technical support, and communication. With these factors in mind, Bitdefender earned the 5-star rating due to its continuous program enhancements and new solutions like the Bitdefender Masterclass training program, as well as the launch of the MDR Foundations; a managed detection and response (MDR) service tailored specifically for managed service providers (MSPs).
