On April 24, Binance announced the launch of a ChatGPT-powered chatbot called ‘Sensei’. This chatbot is designed to help users of the exchange access information that is readily available on Binance Academy, the company’s blockchain education platform. With the help of the chatbot, users can get an AI-generated summary by prompting the bot, which will also provide three relevant articles from the Binance Academy website.
Changpeng Zhao, the chief executive officer of Binance, had previously conveyed in March that the company could utilize AI for customer service, compliance, and other purposes. This chatbot is the result of that proposed idea with its user friendly approach, as opposed to a very tedious browsing experience through long forums.
