Bill Gates Predicts AI will make Search Engines Unnecessary

He believes that top AI companies could develop some kind of “personal digital agent” that would make it easier for users to find the information they need. For example, this agent could save time by helping people to “read the stuff they don’t have time to read”. Gates does hope that Microsoft would be part of the race to develops AI but he believes that there is a 50% chance that the winner could be a startup.
