Army Commanders’ Meet: Rajnath Singh On Unconventional Asymmetric Warfare In Future Conventional Wars

At the Army Commanders’ Conference on Wednesday, Union Defence Minister Rajnath Singh said that unconventional and asymmetric warfare, such as hybrid warfare, will part of future conventional wars. He mentioned that strategies need to consider cyber, information, communication, trade, and finance when planning. He expressed his confidence in the Indian Army in their ability to deal with cross-border terrorism through ‘Whole of Government’ approach. He also paid tributes to the brave hearts who sacrificed their lives in defending the motherland.
