California-based semiconductor company Advanced Micro Devices (AMD) will livestream its AMD Data Centre and AI Technology Premiere event on June 13. AMD’s CEO Dr Lisa Su, along with other executives and clients, will share the company’s growth plans, new technologies and capabilities for data centres and artificial intelligence (AI). The event has been eagerly awaited by tech enthusiasts as investors will get a glimpse of its Epyc cloud processor and upcoming MI300, a possible challenger to AI chip company Nvidia’s H100. In January 2023, AMD unveiled new mobile and desktop CPUs, graphics solutions and more at its Consumer Electronics Show(CES). The company’s Q1 2023 financial results showed a net loss of $139 million and a diluted loss per share of $0.09. AMD will reveal more at the livestream event on its website and YouTube channel.
