Alibaba’s workplace communication platform, DingTalk, is introducing AI functions for enterprise customers to test in the app. These features include generating text, images, and meeting summaries, organizing meeting notes, and creating chatbots. By typing the forward slash / in DingTalk, users can start to access AI capabilities. DingTalk is one of the first such communication apps to integrate AI features. In contrast, ByteDance’s Feishu is yet to begin testing its My AI AI assistant.
