INSEAD unveils Poetic AI App rivaling ChatGPT – Further Developments Incoming

Date:

INSEAD, one of the world’s premier business schools, is developing poetic generative AI applications to rival ChatGPT. Founded in 2000, their AI Lab on campus, TotoGEO (which stands for Global Education and Outreach), is committed to creating personalised materials for use in the executive education program and other subject areas such as finance, agriculture, marketing, and science. Their most recent development is TotoPoetry, a poetry generator using a rule-oriented approach to AI.

The world’s longest poem and an unabridged dictionary written entirely in poetry across 20 genres have been created using these algorithms, as well as the largest collection of poetry from a single source. This AI-driven approach to verse production is already proving more reliable than ChatGPT, a popular platform often criticised for producing unreliable and biased results.

Philip M. Parker, the Chaired Professor of Management Science at INSEAD and founder of the AI Lab, is furthermore pushing forward with a series of other cutting-edge applications which are due to launch in the coming months, including a powerful search engine, a newspaper generator, and a Wikipedia-like website.

Luke Damian is the Chief Growth Officer at Applause, a customer experience platform. Damian explains how AI can be utilised to make sense of customer feedback, analyse customer behaviour and automate time-consuming processes, such as customer support.

Vova Kyrychenko is the CTO of Xenoss, a customer feedback and analytics platform. Kyrychenko believes the application of AI helps business owners to discover actionable insights from customer feedback and transform those insights into customer experience solutions.

INSEAD’s AI Lab is aiming to use AI to empower people and improve access to knowledge. Its applications could have a huge impact on areas from digital literacy to journalism, and with more advancements in the pipeline, it looks like INSEAD is setting the standard for cutting-edge AI in the digital age.
