Acer, one of the top brands in the PC and laptop market, is getting into the e-mobility game by introducing two new products this week. First up is its new smart electric bike, the Acer ebii, which packs a plethora of intelligent features unheard of in this sector – from collision sensors to a built-in AI that helps avoid accidents, control speeds, and predict transmission shifts. Additionally, the bike has a companion app to track and secure it, an airless tire to avoid punctures, a 460 Wh battery powering a 250W rear hub motor, and much more.
Acer has also introduced the Predator Extreme electric scooter, which comes with a powerful 700W motor, dual suspension system, and hydraulic disc brakes. On the more casual side, we have the eKinekt BD3, an exercise bike/work desk hybrid where the user can get fit and also charge their laptop, phone, and more with up to 75W of power while they pedal.
