Apple Developing Paid AI Health Coach Service

Apple, the maker of iPhones, iPads, Apple Watches and other gadgets, is reportedly developing a paid AI-based health coach. According to Bloomberg, the service, known as ‘Quartz,’ would use AI and data from an Apple Watch to provide suggestions and personalised coaching programs to help users improve their habits related to exercise, sleep and eating. Despite there being plans to announce the service this year, Quartz won’t be coming out until 2021.

In addition to Quartz, iPhone and iPad users will be getting the Health app as part of iPadOS 17. This indicates that Apple is also working on an emotion tracker and new features to help users suffering from nearsightedness.
