To initiate the process, the airline has made an initial investment of $200 million to build a cutting-edge digital workforce. The airline said in a statement, “Our goal is to sustain this investment over the next five years, shifting our focus to creating a leadership position by deploying the most cutting-edge technologies, such as traditional digital technologies and advanced generative Artificial Intelligence (AI).”
