Date:

Google has been working hard to improve its artificial intelligence (AI) powered chatbot, Bard, ever since its release. Though it did not have the best start, Google seems determined to further upgrade Bard and make it a strong contender against Microsoft’s popular ChatGPT. According to reports, the upgraded Bard AI is now ready to generate, debug and optimize codes in as many as 20 programming languages, including Java, Python, and C++.

Google CEO Sundar Pichai recently shared that the success of their generative AI chatbot will depend largely on extensive public testing in the real world. It is currently open only to selected users who will help Google identify Bard’s further improvement. The AI chatbot was initially released on 21st March, in an effort to compete with Open AI’s ChatGPT.

Google is extensively investing in AI features to upgrade its existing services and products, and its ads business is also set to receive this technology. The chatbot is able to check the accuracy and optimize the codes, including analyzing the speed, using interactive prompts. In addition, it will also be able to explain codes to the users.

Sundar Pichai is the CEO of Google and founded Google back in 1998. He is widely acknowledged for his long-term vision for the company, helping to create an AI-first approach. As CEO of Google, Pichai has become one of the most influential voices in the tech industry.
