XLRI Jamshedpur recently hosted the first CXO Series for the GMP batch of 2024-25, featuring Animesh Kumar, President of HR & Transformation at Zee Entertainment Enterprises Ltd (ZEEL). With over 25 years of experience, Kumar led a session on Family Ventures Reimagined: Pivoting and Scaling through Generations, exploring the complexities of family businesses.
