The partnership includes expanding the scope and term of their software license and support services, as well as securing a $5.0 million investment from Micron in the form of a senior subordinated convertible promissory note.

Silvaco’s CEO, Dr. Babak Taheri, highlighted the development of the fab technology co-optimization (FTCO™) digital twin modeling tools, which utilize machine learning and data analysis to create computer models of wafer-level fabrication facilities.
