In February 2023, American business leaders were surveyed and revealed that many firms were making use of ChatGPT for certain tasks. The most commonly completed task by 66 percent of the surveyed companies was writing code. Copywriting followed as the second most frequently completed task for ChatGPT with 58 percent utilization. Furthermore, customer support might benefit from using ChatGPT as it ranked third place at 57 percent.
