Enhanced Security Measures using AI and CCTVs in Ayodhya for upcoming Pran Pratishtha Ceremony
Ayodhya, a city known for its cultural and religious significance, is gearing up to host the much-awaited Pran Pratishtha ceremony at the Ram Mandir on January 22. With security being a top priority for the event, the police authorities in Ayodhya are leaving no stone unturned to ensure a safe and secure environment. In their efforts to enhance security, they are making use of cutting-edge technology, including Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) cameras.
Praveen Kumar, the Inspector General (IG) of Ayodhya, highlighted the city’s sensitivity towards security matters and expressed appreciation for the cooperation from the people of Ayodhya. He mentioned that the police department has provided clear instructions to everyone to remain vigilant and careful during the event. The involvement and support of the local community have been instrumental in ensuring a successful security plan.
In order to bolster security measures, CCTVs have been strategically installed at various locations in Ayodhya. Additionally, the police are harnessing the power of AI to enhance surveillance capabilities. This combination of advanced technology and vigilant law enforcement will contribute to a safer environment during the Pran Pratishtha ceremony.
Praveen Kumar further elaborated on the measures taken to ensure efficient security operations. Apart from increasing patrolling capacity, the police are closely monitoring the situation through control rooms and drones. There is also constant coordination with neighboring districts to maintain a robust security network. Moreover, a meeting was held with 180 local people who are actively assisting in security arrangements.
Special attention has been given to the security of VVIPs attending the event, following established protocols. Traffic diversion plans have been put in place to manage the expected crowds, and alternative routes have been designated for heavy vehicles. All necessary precautions have been taken to ensure the safety of the attendees, with a focus on complying with stringent safety standards.
In a recent meeting between the Shri Ram Janmbhoomi Teerth Kshetra trust, entrusted with overseeing the construction and management of the Ram Temple, and government officials, various aspects related to the upcoming event were discussed. Details such as accommodation for guests, transportation arrangements, car movements, and parking were thoroughly reviewed. The trust officials provided valuable inputs, and the plans were finalized accordingly. The Divisional Commissioner assured that all minute details have been addressed and that there are no issues.
