CleverTap Unveils AI-Powered Content Creation Assistant ‘Scribe’

Date:

CleverTap, the California based SaaS company, has announced the release of the OpenAI integrated content creator called ‘Scribe’ on April 17th. This AI content creator utilises the technology developed by OpenAI and its ChatGPT chatbot. The feature will be rolled out to customers in April.

Scribe can generate creative campaign lives, analyse emotion and edit content to be better suited to the target audience of the brand. It also has the capacity to generate content that resonates with the audience by identifying the emotion in the MarTech world, such as fear of missing out (FOMO), anticipation, trust, joy, and surprise.

Jacob Joseph, the Vice President of Data Science of CleverTap claims that marketers only have two seconds to capture the attention of their customers, hence the use of artificial intelligence to create customised campaigns that touch the user.

These advancements in AI gives brands the chance to establish better relationships with their customers, driving digital success such as increased visits, swipes, and spending. It is an important tool for digital-native businesses looking to better engage their customers and maintain a positive image.

CleverTap is a pioneering player in the customer engagement and retention space, offering powerful products and solutions that can help brands personalise their services and increase user engagement through a range of automated services. Their innovative platform provides the tools to engage with users in real-time, monitor user behaviour, and automate user segmentation.

Jacob Joseph is the Vice President of Data Science at CleverTap. He is an industry expert on customer engagement and retention, with extensive experience in the marketing technology space. Jacob has played a key role in the development of the AI powered content creator Scribe, and is very enthusiastic about the developments in MarTech AI.
