Korean stock investment platform, Stockplus, has launched an interactive artificial intelligence (AI) chatbot service using ChatGPT. The service, called Woody, offers investors real-time access to investment information and reduces the time and effort required to find it. Any Stockplus account holder can use the service. Woody’s question guidelines service helps investors gain more accurate information more quickly than most AI chatbots. Woody also lists recommended questions on a stock, so investors can gather up-to-date information easily. Securities transactions worth more than 200 trillion Korean won ($180bn) have so far been made through the platform, which has had more than 6.3 million cumulative downloads.
