ChatGPT to be Available in Select Mercedes-Benz Vehicles for Enhanced Communication on the Go

Mercedes-Benz has partnered with Microsoft to bring AI capabilities to its latest vehicles. The new feature, called ChatGPT, will be available in select Mercedes-Benz vehicles in the United States, allowing users to engage in conversations with their voice assistant in a more human-like way. The optional beta program will be open to owners of vehicles equipped with the latest MBUX infotainment system. To activate ChatGPT, users can sign up through the Mercedes me smartphone app or use an in-vehicle voice command. Those with older vehicles sold before 2018 are not compatible. The beta program is expected to bring a more lifelike user experience, making Mercedes vehicles an entertaining companion on the next journey. Mercedes has not yet announced when the beta program will be available in other countries or whether it will become a standard feature in all MBUX-equipped vehicles, so stay tuned for more information.
