The company suggested advisers should embrace the potential of AI and ChatGPT for the benefit of their clients instead of pretending it will not happen. AdviceBridge has developed technology that analyses cash, ISAs, GIAs and Pensions to provide recommendations for restructuring finances and financial planning. Altus director Ben Hammond believes that trust and empathy require human interaction and cannot be replaced by AI, but AdviceBridge counters that generative AI can learn and develop emotional intelligence and rebuild trust.
