Amazon Leaked Document Reveals 67 Ways to Utilize ChatGPT and AI at Work for the AI Next Boom

An internal Amazon document has been leaked, revealing that the corporation is exploring 67 ways to improve their workflow using artificial intelligence (AI) technology. The document, called Generative AI-ChatGPT Impact and Opportunity Analysis, was created after workers were asked to develop ideas for incorporating AI chatbot technology to enhance their workflow. One of the examples cited was using AI chatbots to create software code and marketing materials automatically. Another example was using the technology to determine strategic goals by quickly examining rivals’ and Amazon’s financial reports. The advantages of using AI chatbots for Amazon shoppers are also explored. The document suggests that a search bar, similar to ChatGPT, could provide customers with a quick summary of customer reviews, as well as pros and cons for different brands. In the near future, Amazon’s engineers plan to develop prototypes of several software applications, including a security automation tool and an engineering app for Amazon Web Services cloud products. However, Amazon will need to handle these new applications with care since the corporation’s legal team has previously warned employees about the challenges associated with using AI-based platforms. While Amazon encourages innovation and machine learning, it is careful not to allow employees to share confidential information with ChatGPT.
