Ray Dalio: AI Technology Can be Both Fabulous and Dangerous

According to Ray Dalio, founder of Bridgewater Associates, artificial intelligence (AI) is both fabulous and dangerous. He noted that AI won’t be regulated or controlled, which could add to a more disorderly environment. While some have called for mitigating the risk of extinction from AI, others like OpenAI’s ChatGPT’s CEO, Sam Altman, believe that governments and technologists need to work together to ensure AI is a printing-press moment.
