Red Sift Utilizes GPT-4 to Accurately Detect Identities and Phishing Sites

Date:

Red Sift, a cybersecurity firm, has launched Relevance Detection, which makes use of OpenAI’s GPT-4 technology to automatically discover and contextualize digital identities associated with DNS, WHOIS and SSL certificates. The technology generates a set of recommendations that offers guidance on identities that should be enabled so that security teams can make informed decisions on which identities to include in their domain asset discovery process. This solution will help expand the use of generative AI as it helps to inventory domain assets and therefore identify phishing sites. Red Sift believes its Relevance Detection will play a crucial role in protecting organisations against cyberattacks or scams that continue to rise as the number of cyber assets increases. With generative AI offering value to help human users better understand risk in their organisations, Relevance Detection looks set to be a valuable tool in the fight against cybercrime.
