Vietnamese browser and search engine, Coc Coc, has launched its first two products incorporating artificial intelligence (AI) into its services. The Coc Coc AI Lab has been created to research and develop AI-based technologies, with the aim of making such advancements more accessible for customers. The first two products utilising the tech are Coc Coc AI Chat, a chatbot application, and Coc Coc AI Search, which summarises search results. The chatbot has been developed to respond to cultural and language-specific queries from Coc Coc’s Vietnamese customers, and Coc Coc AI Search can provide summarised content within two seconds. Both products are free to use.
