Paycor Enhances Talent Platform with AI-Generated Job Descriptions using Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service

Paycor HCM, Inc. has introduced an AI-generated Job Descriptions feature that uses Microsoft Azure’s OpenAI Service. The tool saves time by automating the process of creating job descriptions, cutting the time to generate them by at least 90%. The feature, combined with Paycor Smart Sourcing, aims to help companies source high-quality and diverse candidates and address recruitment challenges. By engaging the right individuals, Paycor also hopes to help employers retain top performers. Ryan Bergstrom, Chief Product Officer of Paycor, termed the incorporation of generative AI within the company’s talent platform as another strategic lever for success. Paycor’s HCM platform helps HR professionals modernize people management processes. With over 30,000 customers, the platform offers several HR tools, including career development and employee retention, with analytics and configurable technology support.
