New Gen AI Courses by Andrew Ng with LangChain, OpenAI, Lamini

Date:

Andrew Ng’s DeepLearning.AI has recently launched three new courses on generative AI, with LangChain, Lamini, and OpenAI providing expertise and instruction. LangChain’s Co-Founder and Chief, Harrison Chase, and Lamini’s Co-Founder and Chief, Sharon Zhou, will join an instructor alongside Isa Fulford from OpenAI. The courses are available for free, but only for a limited time. The courses cover different areas, such as building systems with the ChatGPT API, learning how diffusion models work and applying LLMs to data, building personalized assistants and chatbots. These courses are suitable for individuals who have basic knowledge of Python and ML engineers, seeking prompt engineering skills for LLMs.

LangChain is a Python framework that allows for larger language models (LLMs) to be integrated into applications, making them more accessible. With backing from multiple model providers and hosting platforms, LangChain has raised considerable funding and is currently valued at $200 million, as it eases the creation of AI agents through command chaining and access to advanced LLMs from providers such as Hugging Face.

Andrew Ng is a prominent figure in the world of artificial intelligence. He co-founded Coursera and was the former Vice President and Chief Scientist at Baidu, and is an adjunct professor of computer science at Stanford University. He also founded deeplearning.ai, a platform for individuals to gain knowledge on AI and deep learning.

In conclusion, the newly launched courses aim to provide individuals with the necessary skills to create and optimize diffusion models, collaborate with large language models through LangChain APIs, and much more.
