Zhihu Investigating AI Research Potential on its Q&A Platform

Zhihu, China’s largest question and answer platform, has recently utilized AI technology to develop their search feature. By leveraging AI-driven solutions from Beijing-based startup ModelBest, Zhihu launched an internal testing of their “Sousuo Juhe” feature on May 27th. This new search feature will help improve efficiency in obtaining information for Zhihu users by aggregating user generated answers, according to Chief Technology Officer Li Dahai.

In addition to the search feature, Zhihu is also developing Zhihaitu AI, their Chinese large language model which was launched in April of this year. This model utilizes an AI-enhanced natural language processing, and will help to improve the accuracy of question and answers generated on the platform.

Zhihu is a Chinese company that provides a Quora-like question and answers platform, as well as other related services. It is a unique, knowledge-based platform that has also grown to become the largest question and answer platform in the country.

Li Dahai is the Chief Technology Officer for Zhihu. His experience in AI and natural language processing has helped him to develop innovative solutions, such as the search feature and the Chinese large language model, to help make searching for information on Zhihu much easier. Li Dahai has worked hard to help promote innovation and research in the AI space by creating and refining Zhihu’s solutions.
