Cyara Enhances Customer Experience with Acquisition of Spearline’s Platform

Cyara, the creator and leader of the Customer Experience (CX) Assurance category, has acquired industry-leading global communication testing company Spearline, based Ireland. In an effort to become the one-stop-shop for CX assurance, this strategic acquisition provides Cyara with in-country dialling and WebRTC testing and monitoring capabilities. The newly acquired Spearline’s solutions are set to help companies with their customer service solutions including the testing and monitoring of larger language model (LLM) technologies, like chatbots, video and omnichannel.

This is part of an innovative strategy from Cyara to address the rapidly growing market trends and the demands of supporting a remote workforce to migrate their communications solutions to the cloud.
