Finding a job can be stressful, given the amount of preparation required to ace an interview. Fortunately, one marketing manager – Hanna Goefft (@hannagetshired) – has found the perfect hack for the situation, using AI to create a ‘one size fits all’ solution for any role.

Her hack includes transforming job descriptions into questions by copying and pasting it into a system known as ChatGPT. After this step, users can then view a list of questions generated for each bullet point as well as the top 10 keywords within the job description.

Once the questions are all listed out, Goefft recommends that people partially answer each question and include relevant examples demonstrating the 10 keywords in their response. In this way, not only are users able to efficiently prepare for the job interviews, they can also showcase the most applicable points of their experience rather than just general projects.

This hack’s effectiveness is already evident, said by a few people on the comment section of her TikTok post who’ve spoken of having received multiple job offers in a short amount of time. “I’ve been doing this for a few weeks and now I’m being flown to another state for a second interview at my dream job NO JOKE”, reads one comment.
