OpenAI’s launch of their first official mobile application of ChatGPT on iOS has made waves in the tech world. The app is now available in the US and is due to be released across the world very soon – and the best part is, it’s completely free! Launched back in November 2020, ChatGPT has already amassed over 100 million users looking for new and innovative ways to utilize its features. From expertly generating code, writing stories, and even taking on college essay assignments, its potential is seemingly endless.
Beyond its initial free features, OpenAI and ChatGPT have also recently released a new subscription-based UI program: ChatGPT Plus. This has been introduced to give users priority access and the most up-to-date responses from ChatGPT’s language models – all for just $20 a month.
An amazing product from OpenAI, ChatGPT has been acclaimed for its ability to learn from human feedback as well as its own databases – which is something not many AI-based chatbots can do. While the tech innovation is exciting, it’s worth considering the privacy concerns and the potentially dangerous outcomes of its fabricated information.
