OX Security Introduces OX-GPT, the First AppSec ChatGPT Integration from Kaltura

Date:

OX Security has just launched their OX-GPT, an integration with ChatGPT, as the first ever network to improve software supply chain security. This integration presents developers with customized fix recommendations and cut and paste code fixes, enabling them to quickly address critical security issues across the software supply chain.

ChatGPT has been popular among hackers as they use it to exploit vulnerabilities, develop malware, and craft phishing emails. AI also holds potential in being used for protecting against cyber-attacks, OX Security being the first to use it for software security improvement.

However, security teams are often bombarded with numerous alerts and fragmented workflows that bog down their efforts. Developers often lose trust in security tools due to this, and cease to be productive since they find this process arduous. OX-GPT is based on the notion that the time-consuming activities of security do not have to be the case. It provides developers with the information required to quickly assess and fix the issue, being significantly more effective in their productivity that the team brings.

Shai Sivan, Chief Information Security Officer of Kaltura (NASDAQ:KLTR), sees the value in the innovative platform from OX Security. He believes that providing developers with the necessary information to understand the security risks and having tools that enable quick, easy remediation will bring the trust back into security tasks.

OX-GPT was developed by Neatsun Ziv and Lior Arzi, who previously co-founded Check Point’s Security Group. Their experience has enabled the creation of OX Security, the first end-to-end software supply chain security solution. It equips DevSecOps with the automation, visibility, and risk insights necessary to secure every stage of the supply chain from early planning to deployment in production.

OX Security shows the world the importance of security being an integral part of the software development process, rather than an afterthought. They understand developers’ struggles in making security a priority, and have provided the perfect solution to make that happen.
