Tesla Bot Now Walks Slowly and Picks Up Items

Date:

At today’s shareholder meeting event, Elon Musk presented a new video featuring Tesla’s Bot, a humanoid robot created for the purpose of manual labor. Although the originally unveiled version of the bot at Tesla’s AI Day could only take some steps forward and wave to the audience while leaning on a stand, this new version of the robot can move around independently, although slightly slowly. Musk revealed that the team had only put it together the night before the event.

Tesla, the company behind the robotic invention, mainly specializes in electric cars, energy storage, and solar panel manufacturing. Almost all of its cars are powered solely by electricity, so they do not emit manual combustion gases. Every year, Tesla unveils exciting products that move the world forward and make everyday tasks easier.

Elon Musk is the founder of Tesla and is also the CEO and chief product architect of Tesla. He has been the CEO for the SpaceX program since 2002 and not only is he a technology entrepreneur, but he is also an investor. Musk’s latest goal is to create “Brain-Computer Interfaces”, devices that can measure the activity in neural networks to allow us to control computers with our minds. He believes that with this type of technology, we can achieve superhuman intelligence. He is a major proponent of renewable energy and the use of technology to help transform society.
