This new capability bolsters the existing integrations leveraging generative AI, which has enabled converted and return rates to significantly improve. The addition of SmartPrompts, which leverages generative AI, provides customers with the ability to rapidly produce descriptive and marketing copy, resulting in improved sales across the board. Beyond this, Syndigo has also established alliances with organizations such as Microsoft Cognitive Services and AX Semantics, to provide integrated AI capabilities and support clients in innovative ways.
