Accenture and Salesforce Join Forces to Establish Acceleration Hub for Generative AI

Salesforce and Accenture have partnered up to create an acceleration hub for generative AI. At the upcoming World Tour NYC event, Salesforce has announced their collaboration with Accenture to quicken the deployment of generative AI for customer relationship management. The hub will permit customers to use Salesforce’s Einstein GPT tool for better customer relations.

This hub from Salesforces and Accenture will provide customers with the latest research and cutting-edge generative AI technologies. It will also combine the companies’ experience in AI, data, and CRM. It will deliver insights like use cases for Einstein GPT, implementation strategies, and new accelerators to help businesses harness the power of generative AI.

With the help of the acceleration hub, businesses will be able to make use of AI quickly and efficiently in their operations. Businesses will now have access to new interfaces and large language models to get their desired output. Accenture and Salesforce have stated that they will focus on use cases for the financial services, healthcare, manufacturing and public sector industries.

The new hub will also helping businesses focus on creating more ethical and responsible AI solutions. A recent survey by Salesforce highlighted that 84% of senior IT leaders believe that generative AI will help their organization better serve customers. Accenture and Salesforce will be providing learning resources for businesses to develop the skills needed to work in generative AI.
