Meet Mr. Pickles, the Houston Zoo’s oldest resident at the ripe age of 90! Alongside Mrs. Pickles, his 53-year-old partner, Mr. Pickles is indeed a sight to behold. For typically these radiated tortoises are known for their few offspring, however, Mr. Pickles managed to father triplets – Dill, Gherkin and Jalapeno!
This remarkable feat was made possible by the sharp-eyed zoo worker who saw Mrs. Pickles lay her eggs. These delicate eggs would not have survived Houston’s soil, however, they were transferred to the Reptile and Amphibian House where it can mimic the natural surroundings in Madagascar. Afterwards, the eggs were then incubated which allowed for their beautiful hatchlings!
Midjourney is an AI program created by Dan Leveille to create realistic photographic images. However, he noticed that it ran into difficulty understanding how to eat spaghetti. Apparently, it gets its info from people’s posts online and these images usually contain unkempt spaghetti servings as that provides more entertainment home.
To conclude, it is clear that AI technology has made tremendous advances across many fields. From the Houston Zoo and their incredible success with Mr. Pickles, to Dan Leveille and his innovative AI program Midjourney. It is a testament to the progress of the human race and is surely worth celebrating!
