Voice App Integrations Made Easy with Bandwidth Maestro

Date:

Today, Bandwidth announced the launch of Maestro, a game-changing cloud communications platform designed to help chief information officers (CIOs) facilitate integrations between real-time voice applications, unified communications (UC), customer experience (CX), and artificial intelligence (AI). Already standing out as a first-of-its-kind platform for global enterprise cloud communications, Maestro was named a finalist for the “Overall Best of Enterprise Connect” and “Best Innovation in Customer Experience” awards at the Enterprise Connect Conference and Expo.

John Bell, Bandwidth’s Chief Product Officer, explains that the idea behind Maestro arose in response to the pain CIOs feel when trying to integrate first-rate, real-time voice applications across the various platforms in their ecosystem. Through Maestro, Bandwidth seeks to provide enterprises with the opportunity to quickly take advantage of enhanced capabilities that drive cost savings and better end-user experience. It is the new one-stop shop for global enterprise cloud communications.

What makes Maestro so special is that it is built to meet the unique challenges faced by CIOs as they switch from on-premises equipment to the cloud. With Maestro, companies can now customize communication workflows and add CX, AI, and machine learning capabilities such as conversational AI, fraud detection, text-to-speech, and speech-to-text.

Maestro operations take advantage of the Bandwidth Communications Cloud which spans over 60 countries and more than 90 percent of global GDP allowing for seamless global call flow management. One of the key features of Maestro is the ability to perform an easy migration from on-prem to CCaaS and UCaaS using Bandwidth’s Duet integrations. Furthermore, Maestro will feature vendor integrations with Microsoft Teams Direct Routing, RingCentral MVP, Cisco Webex Calling, Zoom Phone, Google Dialogflow, Pindrop, and Microsoft, Google, and Amazon’s text-to-speech and speech-to-text platforms. It will also provide access to customer dashboards and inbox alerts for deeper understanding of communications. The platform will go live in the third quarter of 2021.
